Funeral services for Katherine Marie Brottlund, 75, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Saturday, August 3, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Deacon Robert Ruiz and Jaimie Annett officiating.

Mrs. Brottlund was born November 4, 1948 in Houston, Texas and passed away July 28, 2024 in Houston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Alphonse Joseph Klekar and Rose Marie (Spanihel) Klekar; and husband, Michael Brottlund.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jason Brottlund and Ginger Sturm; grandchildren, David Carrasco, Rebecca King, Jessica Tolar, and Layne Brottlund; great grandchildren, Greyson King, Parker King, and Emma Tolar; sisters, Delores Tierney and Carol Fritsche; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
