Graveside services for Katherine Jeanette (David) Kachel, 88, of Carrollton, Texas, will be held Sunday, March 11, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Feagin Cemetery in Hortense, Texas.

Katherine Jeanette (David) Kachel was born September 22, 1929 in Hortense, Texas to parents, Joseph Harmon David and Ellie (Whitehead) David, and passed away at home on March 8, 2018 surrounded by her loving family in Carrollton, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Linda J. Kachel; sister and brother-in-law Marie David Davis and Earl Davis, brothers and sisters-in-law, Joseph (Pete) David and Irvie David, and James H. David and Ann David.

Ms. Kachel is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl K. and James H. Singleton of Fairfield, Texas, Daughter and daughter-in-law Deborah A. Kachel and Gwen Robertson of Carrollton, Texas; grandchildren, Courtney McGee and Nick Boyd of Crossroads, Texas, Kristine and Robert Reeder of Lewisville, Texas, Glen and Samantha Singleton of Montgomery, Texas, and Haley Kachel and Michael Galusha of San Angelo, Texas; great grandchildren, Donovin Kachel, Corbyn Galusha, Rebecca Hogenson, Jackie McFarland, and Donna Van Handel; many wonderful nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
