Kathy Elaine (Hargis) Moss, 67, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend peacefully passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2017 at home after a lengthy and courageous battle with brain cancer.  She was born on May 1, 1950 in Houston, Texas. Kathy graduated from Sam Rayburn High School in Pasadena, Texas in 1968.  In 1968, she married the love of her life, Jimmy Lee Moss of Lake Jackson, Texas, and, in 1972, they had a son, Zephry James Moss.  Kathy worked for many years at Proctor & Gamble.  She served as the National Secretary of the Bulldog Club of America.  She will be greatly missed.  Kathy is survived by her husband, Jimmy Lee Moss, their son, Dr. Zephry James Moss, her daughter-in-law, Amy Christine (Helm) Moss, her two adored grandchildren, Zoe Katherine Moss and Zachary James Moss, her sister, Diann Hargis Louther and her husband, Bob Louther, her nephews, Chase Roscher of Greenwood, Missouri, and Joel Goodson and Neal Goodson of Dodge, Texas, and their families, as well as way too many friends to name them all.  Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald Everett Hargis and Joyce McCoy Hargis of Houston, Texas.  Funeral services will be privately held.  Memorial donations may be made in Kathy's name to the American Brain Tumor Association at www.abta.org/donate .
