Memorial services for Kathy Risner, 65, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the First Baptist Church in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Kevan Wood officiating.

Mrs. Risner was born September 25, 1953 in Carson, California, to parents, Jesse Fletcher and Audrey (Wood) Fletcher, and passed away on December 30, 2018 in The Woodlands, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Woody Wood.

She is survived by her husband, Joe Risner of Livingston, Texas; son, Jeffery Risner of Sacramento, California; daughter and son-in-law, Selena and Ron Perry of Livingston, Texas; sister, Toni Kuntz of Bakersfield, California; brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Betty Wood of Bakersfield, California; sister, Jessie Fletcher of Bakersfield, California; and grandchildren, Carson Risner, Sebastian Risner, Seth Perry, Koen Risner, Evan Perry, Levi Perry, and Kai Perry; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
