Devada Kay Johnson, 81, of Big Sandy, Texas, was born Decemeber 22, 1942 in Ashdown, Arkansas and passed away January 1, 2024 in Livingston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her mother, Elthel (Blakely) Johnson; and father, C.S. Johnson, Jr.

Kay is survived by her sisters, Charlotte Hendrix and husband Lynn of Big Sandy, Texas and Mona Fullmer of Temple, Texas; nephews, Greg Hendrix and wife Amy of Livingston, Texas, Trent Hendrix and wife Shawnna of Livingston, Texas, Logan Fullmer and wife Lissette of San Antonio, Texas, and Morgan Fullmer and wife Sarah of Temple, Texas; niece, Melissa Fullmer and Fiancee Matt Yaggi of Houston, Texas; great nephews, Hunter Hendrix, Holt Hendrix and Dave Hendrix Davis Hendrix and wife Angelica, Grant Hendrix and wife Emily, all of Livingston, Texas, and Rod Quintinalla of San Antonio, Texas; great nieces, Anna Hendrix-Augustine and husband Ben of Livingston, Texas' Allie Botelli of Livingston, Texas, Sydney Fullmer of Temple, Texas, and Lilly Fullmer, Blakely Fullmer, and Bella Quintinalla, all of San Antonio, Texas; and great/great niece, Joni Hendrix of Livingston, Texas; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
