Obituary
Funeral services for Keith Cummins, 75, of Onalaska, Texas, will be held Monday, February 15, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Mickey Fountain officiating. Interment will follow in the Falba Cemetery in Huntsville, Texas. Military Honors will be provided by Ft. Hood Honor Guard. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. until the service begins at 1:00 p.m.
Mr. Cummins was born September 28, 1940 in Hammond, Indiana to parents, Ralph Cummins and Lula (Byram) Cummins, and passed away February 11, 2016 in Onalaska, Texas. During his life, he proudly served his country in the United States Army and fought in the Vietnam War. He retired after 20 years of honorable service. He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Frankie; 2 brothers and 1 sister.
He is survived by his wife, Joan Cummins of Onalaska, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Julie and William Chervenka of Kingwood, Texas; step-daughter and son-in-law, Ronda and Craig McEntee of Houston, Texas; step-daughter, Michelle Quinn of Onalaska, Texas; grandchildren, William Chervenka IV, Izabella Chervenka and Sara Kaye; brother and sister-in-law, Ralph "Bud" and Jean Cummins; brother and sister-in-law, Homer "Bill" and Freda Cummins; sister, Ellen Duerlingr; sister and brother-in-law, Catherine and Gary Lattanzi; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
