Funeral services for Kelley Wayne Wars, 58, of Livingston, Texas will be held Friday, November 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at the First Baptist Church in Livingston, Texas. Interment will follow at the Carlisle Cemetery in Carlisle, Texas.  Visitation will be Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Kelley was born August 16, 1967, in Lufkin, Texas and passed away November 1, 2025, in The Woodlands, Texas. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Wayne Wars; and brother, Keith Wars.

He is survived by his wife, Karole Eastepp Wars; sons, Kristopher Wars and Rebecca, and Klint Wars and Devin; grandchildren, Audrey Wars, Kolin Wars, Konner Wars, and Kaleb Wars; mother and stepfather, Linda and David Wyatt; sister Joann Wyatt; brother, Kenneth Wars; and sister, Ramona Elliott; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
