Funeral services for Kelly Larue Richard, 53, of Kingwood, Texas, will be held Sunday, November 27, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Harold Isaacs officiating. Interment will follow in the Holly Grove Cemetery in Segno, Texas. Visitation will be held Saturday, November 26, 2016 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mrs. Richard was born January 4, 1963 in Houston, Texas to parents, Arlen J. Phillips and Billie (Gay) Phillips, and passed away November 23, 2016 in Liberty, Texas. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Urias and Vergie Gay, and Elwin and Lillie Phillips.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Richard of Kingwood, Texas; son, Ryan Stanley of Crosby, Texas; daughter, Kirstie Stanley of Crosby, Texas; son, Robert Richard III of Uxbridge, Massachusetts; son, Russell Richard of Uxbridge, Massachusetts; parents, Arlen and Billy Gay Phillips of Porter, Texas; brother, Kyle Phillips and Heather of Conroe Texas; grandson, Wyatt Stanley of Spring, Texas; along with numerous aunt, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
