Our beloved Samuel Kenneth Eli (Ken, Pa Ken) has gone to be with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Ken was born in Austin, Texas on April 13, 1931 and passed away in Corrigan, Texas on September 18, 2023 at the age of 92.

He is survived by his wife, Rosemary Matlock Eli; children, Kevin Eli of Galveston, Texas, Tess (Patti) Madden of Maryland, Steven Eli of New Mexico, Beth Whiteside of Chandler, Texas, and Keith Eli of Conroe, Texas; grandchild, Matthew Whiteside of Dallas, Texas; additional relatives include Rosemary's children, Laura Mainer, Jason Neuman, and Jenny Neuman and their families.

Ken was preceded in death by his mother, Nan Hope Eli; grandmother, Lela Hope; and brother, Carl Eli.

Ken will be sorely missed and never forgotten. His memorial service will be held on November 26, 2023 (Ken and Rosemary's wedding anniversary) at Cochran Funeral Home with interment at Holhausen-Darby Cemetery in Moscow, Texas.
