Kendall Eugene Kelly was born July 18, 1963 in Stillwater, Oklahoma and passed away March 8, 2025 in Livingston, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Carletta Kelly; and sisters, Sherry Busby and Angela Prinz.

Kendall is survived by his wife, Kimberly Kelly of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Christina Kelly of Shepherd, Texas; sons, Colton Kelly and wife Dale Ann of Livingston, Texas, and Carson Kelly of Dayton, Texas; grandchildren, Daiden Cook, Bradley Perry, Evia Kelly, Xander Kelly, and Baby Kelly; sisters, Melissa Seiger of Oklahoma City, Oklahoman Lorri Quintanna of Grapeland, Texas, and Donna Gill of Livingston, Texas; and brother, Billy Coon of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
