Memorial services for Kenneth Dean Borgfeld, 77, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Steve Waldrep officiating. Military Honors to be provided by the VFW Post #8568.

Kenneth was born October 31, 1943 in Houston, Texas, to parents, Walter Borgfeld, Sr. and Myrtle (Lemke) Borgfeld, and passed away November 10, 2020 in Lufkin, Texas. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He is preceded in death by his wife, Martha Borgfeld; parents; and brother, Robert Borgfeld.

He is survived by his son Kenneth Borgfed Jr. of Magnolia, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, April and Michael Bell of Livingston, Texas; granddaughter, Tabetha Borgfeld and fiancé Christopher Johnson of Missouri City, Texas; grandson, Tyler Bell of Marine Corps Air Station New River in Jacksonville, North Carolina; great granddaughter, Aaliyah Johnson of Missouri City, Texas; brothers and sisters-in-law, Walter and Bonnie Borgfeld of Lufkin, Texas and James and Nelda Borgfeld of Lexington, Texas; along with numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Camp Hope (www.ptsdusa.org) or The Alzheimer's Foundation.

It is suggested that you practice social distancing and wear a facial covering at the service.
