Kenneth met Guynne 53 years ago on the day she was born and little did he know at the time that God would send her to him 29 years later. Kenneth is also survived by his two sons, Jeffrey Kyle Dillon and wife Laura Liles Dillon of Bryan, Texas, and son Marshall Keith Dillon of Livingston, grandson Carter Dillon and granddaughter, Caroline Dillon of Bryan, Texas; father-in-law and mother-in-law, R.B and Imogene Lollar of Goodrich, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Sandra Drews and husband Wally of Bryan, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Linda and David Peck of Livingston, Texas; sister, Marsha Lawrence; sister and brother-in-law, Wanda Jo and Ronnie David of Trinity; brother and sister-in-law, Billy and Donna Gage of Caldwell; brother and sister-in-law, Don and Rosa Gage of Caldwell; sister-in-law, Tammy Knighton of College Station; brother-in-law, Danny Lollar of Goodrich, Texas; he is also survived by a host of loving uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, and cousins.

He is also survived by many supportive friends, especially Benny and Lea Ann Cude, Larry and Sheila Hill and James Gay. This group went through the doctor and hospital visits, called or visited daily and made sure the family lacked for nothing. Additionally, he is survived by his closest Postmaster friends and the entire Texas and National NAPUS family, (National Association of Postmasters of the United States) who continually sent cards and letters and prayed in support of the family.

Kenneth is preceded in death by his mother and father, Angie and N.K. Dillon; step- mother, Wanda Dillon; grandmothers and grandfathers; aunts and uncles; and brother-in-law, David Knighton.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. His kids and grandkids were his greatest joy. He loved and cherished his relationship with Jesus Christ and sought to assure other that we will all see each other soon, so this is nothing to be grieving over unless you are not prepared for heaven. He believed God has a plan, even in a death, and was not afraid to die as a Christian.

Kenneth began his Postal career as a clerk in the Livingston Post Office in 1971. Postmaster and Supervisor, Archie Holbrook and James Stutts gave him opportunities to go into management in 1977. Kenneth worked for the U.S. Postal Service for over 36 years, serving as Postmaster of Onalaska for almost 30 years and Officer-In-Charge of Livingston, Leggett and Shepherd Post Offices through his career. He was a Postmaster Trainer and served on Details including New Facility Studies which put new Post Office facilities in Onalaska, Rye, The Woodlands, Panther Creek, Beaumont, Bryan, College Station, Caldwell, Huntsville, New Waverly, and Goodrich. He, along with his fellow Postmaster Stoney Burk, prepared budgets for all offices in the Houston District for several years. His favorite boss, C.O. Sylvester recommended him as an EEOC investigator, which would eventually lead to his detail appointment as Coordinator for training all investigators and reviewing sexual harassment investigations in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.

After retiring from the Postal Service, Kenneth went to work in the oilfield for his loyal, childhood friend, Benny Cude and his wife Lea Ann, as the HSE Compliance Manager. Kenneth was employed there until his death.
