Kenneth Neal Gay, 51, of Livingston, Texas was born on August 6, 1964 in Woodville, Texas to parents, Edwin Glenn Gay and Hazel Nadine (Welch) Gay, and passed away April 29, 2016 in Lufkin, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Michael Gay.
He is survived by his wife, Terri Laine of Livingston, Texas; daughters, Heather Dugent of Livingston, Texas and Carrie Parmer of Savannah, Georgia; sons, Shawn Nix of Livingston, Texas and Billy Harlow of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; grandchildren, Ivy Dugent and Logan Degeneffe; best friend, Lorna Vinson of Livingston, Texas; sisters, Kathy Ford and Patricia McKenzie both of Longview, Texas; brother, Jerry Gay of Conroe, Texas; sister-in-law, Marilyn Gay of Livingston, Texas; along with numerous other relatives, and friends.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
