Kenneth E. Merritt age 67 passed away at his home Saturday May 8, 2010. Memorial services will be held 10:00AM Thursday May 13, 2010 in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Donald Martin officiating.

Kenneth was born January 7, 1943 in Graceville, Florida to parents Earl D. Merritt and Ruby Lee Boykin Merritt. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Jimmy Autman, and sister Sandra.

Kenneth is survived by his wife of 34 years Dianne Merritt of Ace, his children Albert Merritt of Ace, April Merritt of Ace, Amanda McGee of Ace, James Earl Merritt of Florida, Jimmy Merritt of Florida, Matthew Merritt of Florida, Bobby Merritt of Florida, David Merritt of Florida, Kenneth E. Merritt Jr. of Florida, Teresa Perfect of Florida, Ruby Merritt of Florida, and Gloria Christopher of Florida. His 26 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren also survive him.
