Funeral services for Kenneth Wayne Roberds, 53, of Cleveland, Texas, will be held Friday, April 4, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Rainbow Baptist Church in Rye, Texas with Pastor Bobby Tryal officiating. Interment will follow in the Menard Chapel Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Friday, April 4, 2014 beginning at 12:00 p.m. before the service begins in the Rainbow Baptist Church in Rye, Texas.

Mr. Roberds was born on February 23, 1961 in Houston, Texas to parents, Raymond Lewis Roberds and Doris Rochelle (Rocchi) Roberds, and passed away on April 1, 2014 in Houston, Texas. He was a member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Choir and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Committee. He was also a member of the Christian Cowboy Fellowship Church and the owner of Ken's Karaoke. He is preceded in death by his father, Raymond Lewis Roberds Sr.; sister, Debbie Faye Neal; and numerous other family members.

He is survived by his mother, Doris Rocchi Roberds of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Kimberly Ilene Roberds of La Porte, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Heather Rochelle Sells and Scott of La Porte, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Lacey Cooper and Lynn of Texas City, Texas; daughter, Kendra Brianna Roberds of Livingston, Texas; son, Kenny Hicks of Missouri; grandchildren, Lilliana, Aundrea, Aaron, Victoria, Austin, Skylar, Heather, Tori, Shae, and Paolo; brother and sister-in-law, Ray Roberds and Sherry of Port O'Conner, Texas; brother, Larry Roberds of Livingston, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Teresa Benson and Robert of Sarepta, Louisiana; special friend, Tracy Roberds; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
