Funeral services for Kenneth Paul Shank age 85 of Onalaska, Texas will be Monday October 4, 2010 at 10:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Livingston with Pastor Askins officiating and interment in the Houston National Cemetery in Houston, Texas. Pallbearers will be Gary Jenke, Roger Aliperti, Michael Shank and Daniel Shank. Military Honors provided by the VFW Post #8568 in Livingston where Mr. Shank was a lifetime member. He served in WWII in which he received the ""Purple Heart"" and also served in the Korean Conflict.

He was born July 29, 1925 in Cleveland, Ohio the son of Charles S. & Emily Suffolk Shank and passed away September 30, 2010 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by Marian Shank, wife of Onalaska, Paul & Susan Shank, son and daughter in law of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Karl & Jan Shank, son and daughter in law of Livingston, Michael & Allison Shank, grandson and wife of Livingston, Daniel & Amy Shank, grandson and wife of Livingston, and great grandchildren; Dillon Shank, Gracie Shank, Mark Shank and Addison Shank.
