Kenneth Ray Winkler, 61, of Livingston, Texas was born September 1, 1963 in Baytown, Texas to parents James Winkler and Carlene (Robert) Winkler and passed away April 11, 2025 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father.

Mr. Winkler is survived by his son, Andy Winkler of Baytown, Texas; daughter, Raylynn Winkler of McComb, Mississippi; his mother and husband, Carlene Hoare and Myles of Livingston, Texas; sister, Karen "Sissy" Aldmon of Manvel, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, Kelly Winkler and Leighann of Mt. Enterprise, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
