Funeral services for Kennith Wade McCaffety, 80, of Onalaska, Texas, will be held Thursday, February 18, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Onalaska, Texas with Bro. Don Wilkey and Bro. Bruce McCaffety officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Onalaska, Texas. Interment will be held at a later date in the Falba Cemetery in Huntsville, Texas when weather permits.

Mr. McCaffety was born June 22, 1940 in Huntsville, Texas to parents, John Jefferson McCaffety and Vera (Thomas) McCaffety, and passed away February 10, 2021, in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Alvin McCaffety; son, David McCaffety; and daughter, Gwenetta Gibson.

He is survived by his wife, Priscilla McCaffety of Onalaska; daughter, Kathy Polk and husband, Paul of Houston; son, Randy McCaffety of Trinity; sister, Joan Cummings of Onalaska; brother, James McCaffety and wife, Karen of Onalaska; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
