It is difficult to find words to thank Angels who were there during Kevin's short battle with extremely aggressive cancer. Kevin felt a constant outpouring of love from these people.
His sister, Delana Cottrell and partner Lisa Martinez called frequently and visited, bringing incredibly delicious homemade meals that Kevin loved.
Bill Baletka, Kevin's great friend, and Bill's granddaughter, Angel Robertson visited and called often, ran errands, checked in numerous times each day to learn how else they could help. As did J.D. Johnson and wife Amanda, who were amazing. Katy Kenner was there at the drop of a hat, and Dustin was ready to help in any way possible.
Medical staff at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in Lufkin, Dr. Jeffery Bell, Dr. Luke Johnson, and Dr. Christina Abraham were there, with incredible compassion and caring as they reached out to help Kevin.
There are not adequate words to thank Dylan Wells at Hospice in The Pines.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Trinity Lutheran Church, P.O. Box 1163, Livingston, Texas 77351.
