Services for Kiku Thomas, 95, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Monday, November 6, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Clint Ferguson and Harold Isaacs officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held the day of service from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel.

Kiku was born December 3, 1927 in Utsnomiya, Japan and passed away November 1, 2023 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Rinju Aoki and Hana Takei; husband, James Richard Thomas; and siblings, Eisaku Aoki, Morio Aoki, and Yoshi Kanai.

She is survived by her niece, Terry Smith and husband Tony of Livingston, Texas; nephew, Keith Taylor and wife Teresa of Livingston, Texas; great nephew J.T. Smith and wife Danielle of Livingston, Texas; and great-great nephew Wade Smith of Livingston, Texas; as well as numerous friends.
