Obituary
Kirk Glover Cochran, 86, died in his home on July 26, 2015 in Coldspring, Texas.
Kirk was born on October 28, 1928 in Coldspring, Texas to parents, Woods and Madura Cochran. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and worked for many years at LTV in Dallas and PPG in Wichita Falls. Upon his retirement, he moved back to his beloved hometown of Coldspring. He is preceded in death by his parents; and daughter, Leslie Clark.
He is survived by his wife, Janette Cochran; daughter and son-in-law, Janet and Guy Brown; daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Gil Widdowson; daughter, Karla Bryant; stepchildren, Melanie, Sharon, Connie, Rebecca, Chris, Bill, Kay, Al, and Brenda; brother, Joe Cochran; brother and sister-in-law, Pat and Neil Cochran; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and many, many step-grandchildren and step great-great grandchildren.
Kirk was a loving husband and father whose life touched many people. He will be greatly missed.
