Funeral services for Kooper Wayne Shirey Todd, 1 year old, of Livingston, Texas will be held Thursday, August 13, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Troy Sullivan officiating. Interment will follow in the Restland Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Kooper was born March 5, 2019 in Kingwood, Texas to parents, Matthew Shirey and Anna Todd, and passed away August 4, 2020 in Houston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his great-grandfather, E.D. "Buck" Todd; great-grandmother, Sandra Noble; and great-grandfather, Steve Shirey Sr.

He is survived by his parents, Matthew and Anna; brothers, Wyatt Todd and Bradly Shirey; grandparents, Doyle and Barbara Todd, Barbara and Ken, Cynthia and Tim Charlie, and Stephen Shirey Jr.; aunts, Kelsi Cameron, Rebekkah Brown, Amy Todd, and Robin Moore; uncles, Russell Morrison and Bryant McClendon; and God-mother, Christina Crowson; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
