Mrs. LaFern Bell, 63, of Pearland, Texas was born July 8, 1957 in Denver, Colorado to parents, Charles Earl Sluder and Mary Jo (Hiddintubby) Sluder, and passed away January 27, 2021 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Charles Earl Sluder, Jr.

She is survived by her husband, Joe Bell of Pearland, Texas; daughters, Christina Bell of Pearland, Texas and Nicole Bell of Kansas; son, Kevin Bell and wife, Josie of Pearland, Texas; sister, Waverly Spangler of Pasadena, Texas; grandchildren, Rebeccah Bell of Pearland, Texas, Samantha Bell of Galveston, Texas, Lauren Bell of Pearland, Texas, Riley Yeager of South Dakota, Logan Bell of Pearland, Texas, and Matthew Bell of Pearland, Texas; and 4 great-grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
