Memorial services for Larry Wynn Mahler, 78, of Trinity, Texas, will be held Friday, January 4, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lakeway Baptist Church in Trinity, Texas with Rev. Jerry Vincent officiating.

Mr. Mahler was born October 1, 1940 in Rosenburg, Texas to parents, Leon Henry Mahler and Patti (Wynn) Mahler, and passed away December 31, 2018 in Huntsville, Texas. During his life, Larry grew up in Orchard, Texas. He played football at the University of Texas in 1959. After college, he worked with his dad in the Mahler Water Well business. Later, Larry was in the restaurant and vending machine business as a business owner. He was also the president of the Harbor Point Property Owners Association for 20 years. He is preceded in death by his parents; and his grandchild, Melody Anne McCain.

He is survived by his wife, Norma Jean Mahler of Trinity, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Kerri and Gene McCain of Katy, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Gaye and Don Blunt of New Caney, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, Neal and Sally Mahler of Crestview, Florida; and brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Angie Mahler of Orchard, Texas; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
