Graveside services for Laura Lee Garner, 65, of Diboll, Texas, will be held Friday, July 31, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the Big Sandy Cemetery in Dallardsville, Texas with Matthew Tatum officiating.

Laura was born September 8, 1960, in Livingston, Texas and passed away July 27, 2026, in Moscow, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Louie McWilliams and Dovie Overstreet McWilliams; first husband, Boyce Eugene Garner; and sisters and brothers-in-law, Elaine and Bobby Crawford, and Linda and Preston Hook.

She is survived by her husband, Marcus Hogue; daughter, Rebecca Buchanan and husband Bud; son, David Ragland; son, James Ragland; daughter, Breana Green; son Josh Green; and 7 grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
