Funeral services for Lavada Mae Ballew, 85, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Monday, June 1, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the First Assembly of God Church in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Chris Borden officiating. Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Rosewood Memorial Park Cemetery in Humble, Texas. Visitation will be held Sunday, May 31, 2020 form 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mrs. Ballew was born September 12, 1934 in Rison, Arkansas, to parents, Jack R. Beaty and Pauline (Massey) Beaty, and passed away May 28, 2020 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Delores Casiday; and brothers, Don Beaty, Mac Beaty, and Dale Beaty.

She is survived by her husband, Bobby Ray Ballew of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Anna P. Martin of Livingston, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Tony A. Gariffo and Becky of Waller, Texas; son, Larry J. Gariffo of Livingston, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Roy Gariffo and Linda of Kentucky; brother and sister-in-law, Roy Ray Beaty and Charlotte of Fairfield, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Paulette Nunley and Gary Sr. of Centerville, Texas; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
