Obit for Lavada Wright
Funeral Services for Lavada Wright, age 80 of Livingston, Texas, will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 16, 2012, at Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston. Interment will be held at Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, following the chapel service. Pallbearers will be Shawn Wright, Terry Wright, Ronnie Alfred, James David Whitten, David Whitten and Tommy Baggett.
Mrs. Wright was born on April 8, 1932, in Gary, Texas, to parents Bill Parker and Vivian Johnson Parker. She passed away on June 10, 2012, in Corrigan, Texas.
Mrs. Wright is preceded by her parents, Bill and Vivian Parker; husband Bill Wright; and two sisters, Fay Grayson and Lucille Whitten. She is survived by son, Alton Wright of Livingston; sister, Reba Murphy of Livingston; brother, Gale Parker of Livingston; two grandsons and their wives, Shawn and Julie Wright of Porter and Terry and Hanna Wright of Conroe; four great grandchildren, Peyton Wright, Greenlea Wright, Holden Wright and McKynnah Wright.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM on Friday, June 15, 2012, at Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.
