Leigh Frances Dowden, 54, of Livingston, Texas was born October 27, 1970 in Ft. Worth, Texas and passed away April 2, 2025 in Livingston. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gorton Victor Baldwin Sr. and Sarah Frances (Dickerson) Baldwin.

Leigh is survived by her husband, Richard Dowden of Livingston, Texas; son, Richard Lee Dowden of New Caney, Texas; granddaughters, Grace Dowden, Eloise Dowden, and Vivian Dowden; and brother, Gorton Victor Baldwin Jr. of Grand Prairie, Texas; along with numerous other loved ones and friends.
