Obituary
Leonard Boone age 55 of Gilchrist passed away Saturday May 30, 2009. Graveside services will be held Thursday June 4, 2009 at 1:30PM in the Menard Chapel Cemetery in Livingston. Visitation will be Wednesday June 3, 2009 from 5:00PM until 8:00PM at Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston.
Leonard was born December 8, 1954 in Houston to parents William W. Boone and Viola Miller Boone. He is preceded in death by his brother William W. Boone Jr.
He is surivived by his loving parents William and Viola Boone of Gilchrist, sister Anita Amolochits of Humble, brother Sammy W. Boone of Rye, and sister Dorothy M. Amolohitis and husband Hercules of Channelview. Numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews also survive him.
Serving as pallbearers will be Junior Taylor, Bert Turner, Wesley Boone, Jamie Boone,
Robert Celis, and Vernon Cross.
