Funeral services for Lessie Laverne White, 83, of Shepherd, Texas, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 12, 2019 in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas. Interment will follow in the Farley Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mrs. White was born February 28, 1936 in Royse City, Texas to parents, Otho Bostick and Paula Bostick, and passed away September 8, 2019 in Shepherd, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Rhnea Bostick; and grandsons, Nathan, Daniel, William, and Brian.

She is survived by her husband, Edward White of Shepherd, Texas; sons, Gregory White and wife, Bonnie of Shepherd, Texas, Tom White and wife, Frecia of Weir, Mississippi, Wayne White and wife, Shannin of Shepherd, Texas, Forrest White and wife, Dawn of Baytown, Texas, and Alan White and wife, Leslie of Port Arthur, Texas; grandchildren, Courtney, Rodney, Danielle, Brittany, Wesley, Billy, Christina, Sara, J.J., Matthew, Barbie, Zachary, Tiffany, and Dalton; brothers, Douglas Bostick, Jack Bostick, and Danny Bostick; and sisters, Sandra Kay Perryman, Vernel White, and Paulette Joecks; along with numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
