Letha Bell Large, age 77, of Livingston was born May 26, 1935 to parents, William and Sarah Frizzell Large in Baptistest, Oklahoma and passed away on January 13, 2013 in Livingston, Texas. She loved gardening, embroidering, quilting, and cooking.
She is preceded in death by three grandchildren, Daniel Smith, Jared Large and Zadra Johnson. Her survivors include daughters, Norma Thompson and husband, Marco Fernandez, of Livingston, Sarah Eshelman and husband, Scott, of Shepherd and Judith Herren, of Pasadena; sons, Terry Thompson, of Seguin, Boyce Dugosh and wife, Donna, of Longview, and Henry Large and wife, Melissa, of Kansas City, Missouri; brother, Grady Large and wife, Kathy, of Wright City, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Misty Milssap, Rebecca Vaughn, Jonathan Thompson, Christopher Thompson, Terry Thompson, Jr., Jennifer Smith, Dennis Smith, Alecia Large, Lydia Large, Daisy Dugosh, Phoebe Dugosh, Sophia Dugosh, Mercy Eshelman, Ralph Whitmore; great grandchildren, Kiara Whitmore, Hector Vasqez, Kallie Milssap, Kody Milssap, Kelly Milssap, Kory Milssap, Dylan Vaughn, Mackenzie Vaughn and host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston.
Funeral Services for Letha Bell Large will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 17, 2013 at the Shepherd United Pentecostal Church with Pastor Gregory Gerlad conducting the service. Interment will follow the services in the Farley Chapel Cemetery in Shepherd. She will be escorted to her grave by her pallbearers, Henry Large, Terry Thompson, Sr., Scott Eshelman, Nathan Garcia, Marco Fernandez, and John Peace.
