Lewis Edward Fair, age 86 of Livingston, passed away on April 18, 2013, in Livingston. Lewis was born on December 29, 1926, in Pueblo, Colorado, to parents Ray Edward and Marble McFarland Fair.

Lewis is preceded in death by both of his parents; his brother, Carlyle; sisters, Sally and Ruth; and grandson, Michael Bewley. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann Purvis Fair, daughter, Sandra Bewley Flippo; son and daughter-in-law, Ron Fair and Sandra; son and daughter-in-law, Michael Fair and Michelle; son and daughter-in-law, Thomas Purvis and Courtney; daughter, Kathy Dow; grandchildren, Steven and Missi Fair, Matthew Bewley, Haley Fair, Ashley Purvis, Jodi Purvis, Carla Shaw, Keith and Rachel Herrington, Cody Purvis, and Lane Purvis; great-grandchildren, Jules Fair, Wesley Kenyon, Delanie Jenkins, Addison Lowe, Maegan Herrington, Kyle Herrington, Tyler Shaw, Holly Shaw, and Lily Shaw; brothers, Kenneth Fair and Mack Fair; sister, Jodi Boley; along with numerous other nephews, nieces, and cousins.

The family will be receiving friends Tuesday, April 23, 2013, from 10-12 AM, at Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas
