Obituary
Funeral services for Lewis Clifford Gay age 92, of Livingston will be held Saturday January 11, 2010 at 11:00am at the First Baptist Church of Providence in Livingston with Rev. Billy Brackin officiating and interment to follow in the Holly Grove Cemetery in Livingston. Pallbearers will be Gaylon Oliver, Arlen Phillips, James Moore, Bobby Gay, Olen Underwood and Dan Cain.
Mr. Gay drove a school bus for the Big Sandy School District for 20 years and was the caretaker for Holly Grove Cemetery of 17 years.
He was born December 16, 1917 in Polk County, Texas the son of R.B. & Nancy Jane Richardson Gay and passed away January 6, 2010 in Houston, Texas.
He is survived by Barbara & Arnold Oliver, daughter & son in law of Livingston, Gaylon & Charlotte Oliver, grandchildren of Rockwall, Texas, Lane Oliver, grandchild of Midland, Texas, Melinda & Ronnie Martin, grandchildren of Livingston, Tanner Martin, great grandchild of Livingston, Zach Echard, great grandchild of Rockwall, Texas and Alma Underwood, sister of Conroe, Texas.
