Services for Linda Gail Kowis, 62, of Livingston, Texas, will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, December 6, 2013, at Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Harold Isaacs officiating. Visitation will be held at 5:00 PM, Thursday, December 5, 2013, also at Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Linda Gail Kowis was born on October 5, 1951 in Livingston, Texas to parents, Elmer Clifton Bunting and Norma Jean (Smith) Bunting and passed away on December 1, 2013 in Conroe, Texas. She is preceded in death by her father, Elmer Bunting and brother, Michael Eugene Bunting. She is survived by her husband, Robert Kowis of Livingston, Texas; children, John and wife Leslie Kowis of Livingston, Texas, Sheila Kowis of Livingston, Texas and Amy "Rae" Kowis of Livingston, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, June and Glen Morton of Highlands, Texas; mother and step-father, Jean Hancock and Bill of Livingston, Texas; grandchildren, John Kowis, Jr., Jeston Kowis, Damien Garcia, Mariyah Kowis, Jasmin Reveles, Ariana Reveles, Amiaya Cooper; uncle, Jimmy Ray Smith, of Livingston, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
Linda will be escorted to her grave by pallbearers, Glen Morton, Joe Smith, Robert Smith, Michael Bunting, Austin O'Neal, and Joseph Baggett, Jr.
