Linda Parrish

Linda Parrish, 78, passed away peacefully on April 1, 2026. She was born on November 3, 1947, and lived a life full of love, dedication, and service to her family and community.

Linda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She shared a beautiful marriage with her husband, Hulon Parrish, beginning on August 11, 1965—a bond that lasted over 60 years and stood as a true example of lifelong love and commitment.

She is survived by her loving husband, Hulon Parrish; her sons, Christopher Parrish and wife Karen, and Gregory Parrish. She leaves behind a legacy through her grandchildren: Shelby Ketchens and husband Dalton, with great-grandchildren Ava and Conner; Chase Parrish and wife Haley, with great-grandson Roy; Jarred Parrish and wife Tyler, with great-grandchildren Jarrett, Walker, and Christopher Parrish; and Joey Johnson and wife Lacy, with great-grandchildren Henleigh, Brody, and Joey.

She is also survived by her brother, Frank Morgan and wife Terry, along with numerous other family members who loved her dearly.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Genevieve and Marshall Morgan; her daughter, Tammy Parrish; and her brothers Sam Morgan, John Morgan, and Joe Morgan.

Linda dedicated several years of her life to teaching, where she touched many young lives with her kindness, patience, and passion for learning. Her impact extended far beyond the classroom, leaving lasting memories with all who knew her.

She will be remembered for her warm heart, unwavering love for her family, and the strength and grace she carried throughout her life. Her legacy lives on in the generations she helped shape and the love she gave so freely. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
