Funeral services for Linda Nell Reed, 67, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Reverends Charles Harris and Richard Gray officiating. Visitation will be held September 21, 2022, from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., in the Cochran Funeral Home.

Linda was born November 14, 1954 in Houston, Texas, to parents, Reuel Bentley Walters and Oleta Nell (McCaghren) Walters and passed away September 17, 2022 in Lufkin, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Oscar Lamar Reed.

Mrs. Reed is survived by her son Peyton Reed and husband Corey Couey of Newton, Texas; daughter, Rebecca Reed of Livingston, Texas; son, David Reed and wife Jennifer of Livingston, Texas; grandchildren, Rylea Reed, Tyler Reed, and Alexander Reed: brother, Bentley Walters and wife Kim of Cleveland, Texas; sister, Nelva Cain and husband John of Livingston, Texas; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers: Jay Grauke, Dalton McNeil, William Walters, Brian Walters, James Walters and Bentley Walters.

Honorary Pallbearers: Rylea Reed, Tyler Reed and Alexander Reed.
