Obituary
Funeral services for Lois S. Yoakum age 93, of Point Blank, Texas will be held Saturday January 9, 2010 at the Point Blank Community Church in Point Blank with Rev. Jack Bailey officiating and interment to follow in the Center Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joe Lutz, Billy Watt, Nicholas Brown, Mike Garrison, Paul Garrison and Charlie Lombardino.
She was born October 19, 1916 in Wheelock, Texas the daughter of John & Carrie Taylor Shaffer and passed away January 6, 2010 in Conroe, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sons, J.W. Garrison, James LeRoy Garrison and Casey Garrison, her brothers, Pete Shaffer and Jack Shaffer and her sisters, Lucille Cook, Eloise McColleum and Erline Mowarry.
She is survived by her sons, Darryl ""Joe"" Lutz, of Point Blank, Texas, Kenneth Eugene Garrison, of Livingston, sister, Ada Reeves, of Houston, Gracey May Vann, sister of San Antonio, Texas, Kathryn Stewart, sister of Dobbin, Texas, grandchildren, Terrie, Glenda, Paul, Mike, Jennifer, Mathew, Casey and Lorie and 11, great grandchildren also survive.
