On December 31, 2024, the world lost a lovely light. Lorie Ann O'Neill was born February 15, 1963 to William O'Neill and Juanita Jean Montgomery O'Neill Riggs in Steubenville, Ohio. She passed away in Livingston, Texas.

The family moved to Houston, Texas when Lorie was a child. She was creative, a free spirit and a gentle soul with an eye for beauty and joy in everything. Her vocation was as a professional hair stylist and she worked for TV stations and affluent salons. Her ability to see the good in all things gave her a gift for helping others, more than just to look their best. Everyone she encountered, she offered a compliment. Lorie was also an artist, and her cross pieces were particularly loved by all that received one.

Our beautiful Lorie was preceded in death by her parents, stepfather Leslie Riggs, and her sister Julia Marie Lytle. She is survived by her husband Royce Foxworth of Shepherd, TX; Aunt Susan and Uncle Jimmy Williamson of Goodrich, TX; lifelong sister by choice Peach Williamson of Shepherd, TX; Aunt Debbie Montgomery of Humble, TX; nieces Amy, Jenny, and Ann, many cousins, friends, family, and her "adopted" Williamson family, all of whom will miss her pretty face and enjoyment of life.
