Louis Charles Henry 63 of Alamo, formally of Livingston passed away Tuesday April 21, 2009 in McAllen. Funeral services will be Sunday April 26, 2009 at 4:00PM in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tom Owen officiating. Burial will follow in the Peebles Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday April 25, 2009 from 5:00PM until 10:00PM also in the Cochran Funeral Home.

Louis was born June 20, 1946 in Edinburg, to parents Louis Henry and Flora Underwood Henry. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Bobby Joe Henry, sons Stephen Ray Henry, David Henry, and Michael Henry.

He is survived by his wife Raquel Henry of Alamo, daughter Charlene Bahr of Austin, son Jason Rose of Houston, sister Carolyn Lockwood of Livingston, brother James Lee Henry of Texas City, sister Judy Jones of Woodville,Joyce Barrett of La Porte, Lois Starns of Livingston, brother Billy Henry of Livingston, sister Betty McDonald of La Porte, and brother Robert Henry of La Porte. He is also survived by his grandchildren Shawnee Maduri of Michigan, Cody Henry of Pasadena, Angelina Henry of Pasadena, and Kayla Bahr of Austin.

Serving as pallbearers will be James Barrett, Robert Henry, Billy Henry, Glenn Starns II, Jerry Lockwood II, Kenneth Hayes II, James Henry, and Trevor Henry. Honorary pallbearers will be Cody Henry, and James Henry.
