Memorial services for Lowell Allen Phillips, 65, of Onalaska, Texas will be held Sunday, August 5, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the service beings at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 5, 2018.

Mr. Phillips was born August 31, 1952 in Livingston, Texas to parents, Walton C. Phillip and Syble (McNeil) Phillips, and passed away July 31, 2018 in Onalaska, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Robert Phillips.

He is survived by his son, Keith Phillips and Erica of Brenham; daughter, Suzonna McFarlain and Scott of Livingston; son, Jerred Shair of Livingston; daughter, Crystal Limmer of Livingston; brother, David Phillips and Margaret of Livingston; sister, Dian Platter of Livingston; sister, Audrey Phillips of Houston; and 15 grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
