Services for Lucy Jane McNeil Mann, 80, of Point Blank, Texas, will be held Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., at Hoot Family Cemetery in Huntsville, Texas and will be officiated by Bro. Glenn Cooksey.

Lucy was born June 29, 1942, in Mount Enterprise, Texas and passed away February 18, 2023 in Point Blank, Texas.  She is preceded in death by her father, Clayborn McNeil; mother, Johnnie Sue (Gage) Clifton; stepfather, Clyde Clifton; brothers, Joe and Bill Clifton; and sister, Doris Jean Nix.

She grew up in Mount Enterprise, Texas and moved to Livingston in 1957, where she met George. They married in 1960 and moved to Point Blank. There she resided for the remainder of her life.

Lucy was a homemaker and loved flowers and working in her yard. Her family was her world and she would move mountains for them.

She is survived by her loving husband, George Kelly Mann; daughter, Kelly Hoot and husband Len; son, John Mann and wife Jennifer; grandchildren Amy Hoot, Bud Hoot and wife Shelbi, and Pierce McNichols; great grandchildren, Leigh-Ann and Lynnleigh Hoot; and brother, Tom Clifton; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
