Funeral services for Lucy Lee Rice, 90, of Livingston, Texas will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at the Family Life Church in Livingston, Texas and will be officiated by Bro. Cary Baskins. Interment will follow at Jones Prairie Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel.

Lucy was born July 20, 1932 in Nacogdoches County, Texas to her parents, Henry Mansfield Gage and Ina Mae (Owens) Gage, and passed away December 22, 2022 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded by her parents; husband, Orlin Rice; son, Herbert Rice; brothers, Oscar, Buck, Chester, and Leon Gage; and sister, Parajene Gage Sisley.

She is survived by her son, Robert Rice of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Krisha Hall and husband Lance of Livingston, Texas, grandson, Kevin Rice and friend Diana Martinez of Livingston, Texas; niece, Pat Gage Peden and husband Walter of Leggett, Texas; nephew, Ronnie Frankens and wife Linda of Lufkin, Texas; and great-great nephew Clayton of Leggett, Texas; as well as numerous other loved ones and friends.
