Mack McGill Walker, age 55, of Livingston, Texas, passed away on December 11, 2012, in Livingston, Texas. Mack was born on April 22, 1957, in Livingston, Texas, to parents, Burke and Lydia Stafford Walker.
Mack is preceded in death by his mother, Lydia Stafford Walker; son, Bradley Walker; and niece, Lindsey Williams. He is survived by wife, Judith Walker of the Reservation; daughter, Leeza Walker, of the Reservation; son, Dylan Walker, of the Reservation; daughter, Joanna Walker, of the Reservation; daughter, Ranalyn Bullock, of the Reservation; grandson, Kyle Stafford, Jr., of the Reservation; grandson, Kendrick Stafford, of the Reservation; father, Burke Walker, of the Reservation; brother and sister-in-law, Johnny and Sandra Walker, of the Reservation; sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Roy Williams, of the Reservation; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Brenda and Joe Thomas, of the Reservation; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Perry and Darlene Williams, of the Reservation; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Leslie and Maryllis Williams, of the Reservation; brother-in-law, Larry Williams, of Lufkin, Texas; brother-in-law, Gene Williams, Sr., of Palestine, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends. Mack was also a member of the First Texas Indian Baptist Church.
Funeral services for Mack Walker will be held, Friday, December 14, 2012, at 2:00 PM at the First Texas Indian Baptist Church. Interment will follow the services at the Alabama-Coushatta Reservation Cemetery. Reverend Ernest Best will be officiating.
Mack will be escorted to his grave by pallbearers, Larry Langley, Derek Battise, Shaun Walker, Kyle Stafford, Sr., Delyn Bullock, and Scott Thompson. Honorary pallbearers will be Ben Thompson, Brady Bullock, Kenneth Williams, Leslie Williams, Austin Johnson, Charley Sylestine, Raymond Knight and Justin Poncho.
A visitation will be held the day before the service, Thursday, December 13, 2012, at 5:00 PM at the First Texas Indian Baptist Church.
