Graveside services for Manda Norgao Hammond, 89, of Houston, Texas will be held Saturday, December 14, 2024, at 1:45 p.m., at Camp Ruby Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held the day of service, from 12:00-1:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.

Manda was born October 1, 1935 in Thailand and passed away December 3, 2024 in Houston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas L. Hammond; and parents, Ban and Sao Norgao.

She is survived by her son, Sammy Hammond and wife Noi of Houston, Texas; daughters, Praphana Kaewbutta of Thailand and Tippy Spratt and husband Mike of Cypress, Texas; grandchildren, William Spratt, Michael Spratt and Linda Hammond; and brother Vanh Nokeo and wife Va of Duncanville, Texas; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
