Mandy Denise Rollins-Tullous was born April 23, 1985 in Houston, Texas to parents, David Wayne Rollins and Teresa Darlene (McGuff) Rollins, and passed away December 21, 2021 in Rye, Texas. She is preceded in death by her mother; nephew, Braiden Mainor; and brother-in-law, Jonathan.

She is survived by her husband, James Paul Tullous; daughters, Haliey Rollins, Destiny Rollins, and Miranda Tullous; son, James Tullous; father, David Wayne Rollins; sister, Teresa Rollins and Cliff Bishop; brother, Bradley Rollins and Wrachel; and nephews, Austin and Kaleb; mother-in-law, Sue Ann Cuevas; grandmother-in-law, Annette Freeman; brother-in-law, Chad; sisters-in-law, Angel, Sabrina, Katrina, and Angel; and aunt, Linda Tullous; uncle, Abron Tullous; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
