Funeral services for Margaret Orell Ditsworth Bridges, 91, of Channelview, Texas will be held Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Sam Webb, Bro. Timothy Brewer, and Bro. Matthew Broomfield officiating. Interment will follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Onalaska, Texas. Visitation will take place on the day of service, from 1:00-2:00 p.m., at the funeral home.

Margaret was born January 15, 1934 in Mobile, Alabama and passed away June 16, 2025 in Houston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Bridges; parents, Everett Oscar Ditsworth and Linnie Lucile (Pierce) Ditsworth; brothers, Edgar W. Ditsworth and wife Pat, and Oscar "Buck" Ditsworth and wife Lynn; and sister, Joyce Marie Terrell and husband Edward.

She is survived by her daughters, Deborah Wright and husband Frank of Alto, Texas, Margaret Jo Ermel and husband Thomas of Huntington, Texas, Brenda Burr and husband Michael of Channelview, Texas, Charlotte Harrison and husband Wesley of Cleveland, Texas, and Johna Webb and husband Samuel of Huntington, Texas; sister, Augusta "Gussie" Mae Brewer and husband Taylor; 12 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers: Bryan Burr, Laramie Harrison, Lance Harrison, Lee Harrison, Randy Brewer, Coy Ditsworth, Jacob Ermel, Wesley Wright, Chad Ermel, Connor Dean and Clayton Dean.
