Funeral services for Margie Lee Berry, 88, of Corpus Christie, Texas, will be held Monday, July 8, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Pastor David Jones officiating. Interment will follow at 1:30 p.m. in the Grandview Cemetery in Pasadena, Texas. Visitation will be held Sunday, July 7, 2019, from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mrs. Berry was born April 5, 1931 in Gonzales, Texas, to parents, Virgil Brown and Ester Louise (Pulling) Brown, and passed away July 4, 2019 in Corpus Christie, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Daniel Wayne Berry.

She is survived by her son, Allan Nelms and wife, Diana of Corpus Christie; son, Cecil Nelms of Crockett; step-daughter, Lisa Redden of Texas; brothers, Howard Brown of Camden and John Brown of Livingston; sister, Virgie McCann of Nixon; granddaughter, Lacy Cabera and husband, Cesar of Bloomington; grandson, J.B. Nelms and wife, Cynthia of Bloomington; 4 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
