Obituary
Funeral services for Maria Elvia Ruiz, age 57, of Livingston, will be Saturday April 18, 2009 at 11:00am at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Livingston, Texas, with Fr. Clifton Labbe officiating and interment to follow in the Peebles Cemetery in Livingston.
She was born May 19, 1951 in Harlingen, Texas the daughter of Manuel and Antonia Villarreal Capetillo, and passed away April 16, 2009 in Houston, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 3, brothers.
She is survived by her husband, Moises Ruiz, of Livingston, Jamie R. Romero, daughter, of Livingston, William A. Ruiz, son of Livingston, Wendy M. Alvarez, daughter of Livingston, and Marcus Anthony Ruiz, son, of Livingston, grandchildren, Sophia Romero, Sierra Ruiz, Carlos Romero, Savannah Ruiz, Marisol Ruiz, Guillermo Alvarez III, and William A. Ruiz, Jr., she is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Epticio Capetillo, Manuel Capetillo, Eloy Capetillo, Estela Villarreal, Elfida Cantu, Eustolia Martinez, Emma Capetillo, Edna Solov, Evelyn Orozco and Antonia Capetillo.
