Funeral services for Marjie Ann Prall, 82, of Livingston, Texas will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, January 26, 2017 at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Jim Mayland officiating. Interment will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will begin at 5:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 25, 2017 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.
Mrs. Prall was born on September 26, 1934 in Anderson, Texas to parents, William and Malinda (Schaefer) Wehmeyer, and passed away on January 20, 2017 in Livingston, Texas. Marjie enjoyed working as a school teacher at Trinity Lutheran Church School for many years until she retired in May 1997. She was a long time member of the Trinity Lutheran Church and will be missed by many of the people whose lives she touched. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard "Dick" Prall; brother, William Wehmeyer and wife, Doris; sister, Bernice Mueller and husband, Theodore; brother, Thomas Wehmeyer and wife, Mary Wehmeyer; sister, Evelyn Hemann; brother-in-law, Homer Bodey; and sister, Lela Horn and husband, Billy.
Marjie is succeeded by her daughters, Pamela Prall of Livingston, Texas, Grace Smith and son-in-law, Marion "Bid", of Livingston, Texas; sister, Amelia Bodey of El Paso, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews; other relatives and a host of friends.
