Funeral services for Marjorie Ann Chandler age 85 of Livingston will be held Thursday January 14, 2010 at 11:00am graveside at Magnolia Cemetery in Onalaska, with Ernest Kinard officiating.

She was born October 4, 1924 in Kankakee, Illinois the daughter of George Henson & Phoebe Reynolds Henson and passed away January 12, 2010 in Livingston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents 2, sisters and 2, brothers. The family would like to thank Dr. Tony Finianof for his care. Mr. & Mrs. Chandler have been residents of Polk County for 32 years.

Mr. & Mrs. Chandler have lived and hosted campers from all over the world for 32 years in Polk County. They are and will be very will remembered for there hospitality on the campgrounds they managed and maintained here on Lake Livingston. Mrs. Chandler' love was not only for her family but also for the visitors and the local friends. "" Be safe on the Lake, be careful going home, see ya when you come back"" was her motto. The family would like to thank Dr. Tony Finianof for his care. Mr. & Mrs. Chandler have been residents of Polk County for 32 years.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Marshall Chandler of Livingston, LeNora Chandler, daughter of Livingston, Michael Chandler & Marci Aubel, son & friend of Onalaska, Dawn Chandler, granddaughter of Erie, PA., Kim & Teddi Blair, granddaughter & husband of Mineola, Texas, Michael & Stacy Chandler, grandson & wife of Onalaska, Marshall & Krystal Chandler, grandson & wife of Onalaska and 12, great grandchildren.
